Definition of Khiva:
Khiva refers to the concept of «soul», that which is connected to absolute Consciousness or that which we consider to be the supreme «I», or divinity.
In Hinduism it is considered that the soul is the engine that governs our activity, and that it is actually a piece that corresponds to Consciousness, also called «Brahman» or absolute, transcendent reality. «THAT» which is indeed what we are.
The Jiva longs to fully incorporate with the Consciousness (Brahman), and finish the transmigration of reincarnation, to end the cycle of birth and death.
